Purpose

  • This is an interactive space where you’ll role play a real conversation - one you wish had gone differently, or one you need to practice.
    You’ll learn how to:

    • ​Stay curious, even when it’s difficult

    • ​Truly listen and uncover what matters to you and the other person

    • ​Take perspective and ask questions that bring clarity

    • ​Define the purpose of your conversation for more productive outcomes

    ​By practicing in a safe, guided environment, anyone that joins will leave with tools for more effective and meaningful conversations with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Outcome:
People leave with clarity, connection and agreements.
